Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for purchases made directly from Detox & Healthy Eating Guide. If you buy through a third‑party marketplace or checkout provider, their policies may apply in addition to ours.

2. Digital guides/programs

• Cooling‑off: If you have not started downloading or accessing the digital files, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• After access begins: Once a download or streamed access starts (with your consent), refunds are generally limited to duplicate charges or confirmed technical defects we cannot resolve.
• Technical issues: We will attempt to resolve file access problems promptly; if unresolved, we will issue a refund.

3. Services/consultations

• Scheduling: You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund.
• Late cancellations (< 24 hours): 50% fee may apply.
• No‑shows: Non‑refundable.

4. Physical products

We do not currently sell physical products. If that changes, we will update this section with return windows, conditions, and return addresses.

5. How to request a refund

• Include: order ID, purchase email, item(s), and reason for refund.
• Processing times: approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment processors may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.

6. Exceptions

• Abuse or excessive refund requests may be declined.
• Promotions or beta content may have special terms shown at checkout.

7. Chargebacks & disputes

Please contact us first to allow a speedy resolution. Unresolved billing disputes may be handled through your card issuer or payment platform according to their rules.

8. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights that may apply to you. Local laws (e.g., in the UK/EU) may provide additional protections.
